You’ve completed the Meditation for Newbies and have applied the skills you learned. What’s next?
Take your meditation practice to the next level! We’ll discuss the progress you made and the benefits you’ve already begun to witness! Then we’ll learn new skills and strategies to deepen the self care and self discovery benefits of meditation. Discussion will be followed by a brief, guided meditation with time for you to implement what you learn in class on your own.
Bring a mat, blanket, or pillow for your comfort. If you are unable to sit on the floor, chairs will be available for your use.
Pre-Requisite: Meditation for Newbies class or equivalent.
