Meditation for Newbies. Learn the principles and values of meditation, followed by a brief, guided meditation to help you learn some basic skills to begin your own meditation practice.
Bring a mat, blanket, or pillow for your comfort. If you are unable to sit on the floor, chairs will be available for your use.
