Are you asking yourself “What’s next for me?” Though most of us think The Empty Nest begins when our children enter or graduate college, for many it actually begins the day our children head off for their first day of pre-k.
Now that the kids are Back to School it’s time to get back to you!
Join us for this interactive workshop filled with community camaraderie, reflection, and activities that will help you let go of The Empty Nest syndrome and fill your life with more of the things you want and deserve!
