Grief Diaries: How to Help the Newly Bereaved (Paperback)

Helping someone who is grieving is often as stressful, if not more so, as going through grief ourselves. Too often we find ourselves in strange territory, trying to relate to a loss we haven’t experienced, or we discover we have experienced something similar and we still don’t know what to say or what to do.

Within these pages are tips and stories from people near and far, those who are in the early stages of their grief journey and those who have traversed particular tragedies. In this anthology we share with you some of the things that impacted our grief journeys in both negative and positive ways.
